Workout Wednesday: Treadmill Interval Workout

Treadmill doesn't have to equal DREADmill!  This is a favorite treadmill workout that takes 30 minutes (without warmup/cooldown) and burns approximately 300 calories.  Its a hardcore, sweaty workout, but 300 calories in 30 minutes? Totally worth it!!

*It is always recommended to do a 3-5 minutes warmup before and after workout to avoid injury.
